Spring is definitely in the air! Here at Blooms (aka Capitol Hill Flowers), we are getting shipments of the freshest springtime flowers available, direct from the growers!

Our dozen long stem roses, beautifully arranged in a vase with a variety of greens will be $79.99 this year. We do have more than roses though.
